To establish a dedicated training and capacity-building center for farmers, women SHGs, and youth on:
- Organic & natural farming practices (e.g., Zero Budget Natural Farming – ZBNF)
- Soil food, local seed revival, and input preparation
- Agroecological knowledge & biodiversity preservation

A. Training Infrastructure - Classroom space (50-70 capacity)
- Audio-visual equipment (projector, whiteboard, solar-powered tech)
- Practical demo field plots 2 acre)
- Farmer library with books in Hindi & English
- B. Demonstration Units
- Jeevamrut, Beejamrut, Dashparni ark, Panchagavya preparation
- Compost/vermi compost pits
- Organic input unit (cow dung/urine-based formulations)
- Crop rotation & intercropping model plots (millets, pulses, vegetables)
- C. Resource Centre Services
- Knowledge hub on certification (PGS/FSSAI organic)
- Seed bank of desi/traditional varieties
- Farmer-friendly handbooks & technical leaflets
- Market linkage and branding support (for organic produce)
- 2. Target Groups
- 500+ farmers from Gwalior, Morena, and Bhind districts
- Women SHGs trained in bio-inputs & organic kitchen gardens
- FPO members engaged in millet, honey, floriculture, etc.
- Students from agri colleges for internship & rural exposure

The Vindhyanchal Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) is a collective organization made up of farmers who are members. We are dedicated to fostering a harmonious relationship between human life and the natural world. The Vindhyanchal Farmer Producer Company is registered under Section 465(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act 18 of 2013).
Our organization focuses on producing a variety of goods, including agricultural products, non-farm items, and artisan creations made by our farmers. We have established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with several institutions, such as ICAR Delhi, CSIR-NBRI Lucknow, Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vidyalaya.

To train farmers and rural youth in scientific apiculture, enhance honey production, and build a cluster of certified beekeepers in the Chambal region contributing to India's Sweet Revolution.

To train farmers, SHGs, and rural youth in protected cultivation using polyhouses, enabling year-round production of high-value crops such as flowers (Rajnigandha, Gerbera), vegetables (capsicum, tomato, cucumber), exotic greens, and nursery seedlings.
