1. Products Offered

We offer a range of agricultural and value-added products, which may include:

• Grains, pulses, millets, oilseeds
• Honey, spices, and processed food items
• Fruits, vegetables, and other farm produce
• Vermicompost, biofertilizers, and organic inputs

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Orders can be placed via our official website, mobile app, authorized partners, or at designated sales points.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• VFPCL reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), as specified.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, cash (where allowed), or other approved methods.
• Orders will be processed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch products within 7 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your location and logistics partners.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Any delivery delay due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control will be communicated.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund

• Returns or replacements are allowed only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Quality issues verified by our team
• You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery with proof (photos/invoice).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Perishable or consumable items are generally non-returnable unless defective or expired.

6. Product Information & Warranty

• While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, photos, and packaging may vary slightly.
• Organic/natural product claims are based on farmer declarations and good agricultural practices.
• No additional warranty is provided unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

VFPCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Improper use of products
• Delay in delivery due to third-party services
• Claims beyond the product cost paid

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and packaging are the property of VFPCL or its partners and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
