Return Policy

At VFPCL, we take pride in providing fresh, authentic, and farmer-grown products. We ensure careful handling, packaging, and dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied due to specific issues, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement within 3 working days from the date of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged products received (physically broken, crushed, leaked, etc.)
  • Expired or spoiled consumable items (e.g., honey, grain)
  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong product or quantity)
  • Quality issue observed and verified by our team

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Products purchased during special sales or at discounted “no-return” prices
  • Perishable items after 3 days of delivery unless expired or spoiled

3. Return Process

Please include the following details:

  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the product and packaging

Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 working days.

4. Replacement or Refund

After verification, we will offer the following options:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)
  • Refund to your original payment method (UPI, bank, etc.)
  • Credit note for future purchases (on request)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once approved.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, expired), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a customer error or change of mind, return shipping will be borne by the customer (and refund may be partial).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer care.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
